Carla has arranged a number of events for me over a period of 8 years, ranging from conferences for a small number of international Executives to social events for up to 500 people. Carla's planning and attention to detail is exceptional, with all events managed to an exacting standard. Carla's style is extremely engaging and she is happy to take on all aspects of managing events, from the planning and ideas, right through to the detailed execution. The feedback in respect of events that Carla has run has been excellent and I would unreservedly recommend her services.

Carla arranged a series of international conferences which we were hosting in Edinburgh. We were receiving more than twenty AEGON colleagues from around the globe all of whom had different requirements and needs.
Communicating with the attendees directly, Carla built an itenary, sourced relevant locations, liaised with third parties, gathered costs and ultimately arranged for payments. As well as conference and accommodation, this included organising social events and formal evening dinners.
Carla has significant experience of organising large events - which was essential for this task. Had Carla not been involved I believe the event would not have been nearly as successful. Carla can work completely independently and is always discrete. She has an excellent reputation for professionalism and never fails to deliver against a deadline.

So I honestly can say you did a very good job and it is a pitty you couldn't join us on the Thursday evening.
